• Candidate should have any Graduates/diploma degree as a qualification
• Typing Speed -minimum 20 wpm Accuracy 90%
•  Basic understanding of MS Office
• Regional language would add an advantage (Gujrathi, Tamil, Telgu, Kannada, Malyalam, Punjabi, Bengali)
• Candidate should be open to work in night shifts
• Candidate should have good communication skills
• Freshers are also eligible
• Candidate should have basic telecom Knowledge
• Basic Order Management Knowledge
